So, I'm browsing Facebook per usual and see a story about pink dolphins spotted in a ship channel in Louisiana. I thought, "Say what????" Turns out "Pinky" has been spotted on and off for the last 8 years. This time she (or he) brought a pink pal along. The excited boater managed to get her camera out to prove she hadn't been drinking a bit too much on the water.
Not just a little pink, this beauty is bright unmistakable pink. Turns out this is a form of albinism in dolphins. They don't typically live long because of other health problems, so it's rare to see one. Let alone two! Long life, cutie!
