New Year's Reflections and Resolutions

A new year makes us think about the past but even more about what we want for the future. As a therapist, I know the benefit of setting goals. One way to really get 'em done is to write down those goals and the steps you need to take to reach them. Like maybe you want to start a business or write a book!
